Mama Natural’s Preconception Routine

In this short video, Mama Natural  shares her  preconception routine.  Keep in  mind she has had six children and  after following this diet got pregnant on the first try.  She follows a traditional, whole foods diet  and is very careful about overloading her body with vitamins.

The three steps outlined in in this video are:

  1. Cut out the junk
  2. Eat nutritionally dense foods
  3. Use smart supplements
